The short version. This website has no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our apps keep your data on your device wherever the feature allows. Where an app shows advertising, the ad provider receives technical data described below. Each published app has its own data safety declaration on its store listing, which is authoritative for that app.
1. Who we are
This page is published by Aviator Developers, a software company based in France. For any question about data, write to [email protected]. Full company details are on our contact page.
2. This website
We use no analytics tool, no advertising cookie and no tracking pixel on this site. Two points worth stating plainly:
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
- The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers; that request carries your IP address and is handled under Google's own terms.
3. Our apps: data on your device
Our apps store the following locally, in the app's private storage, and it is not transmitted to us:
- Your settings and preferences.
- In games: virtual currency balance, progress, statistics and results.
- In utilities: the content you enter or the items you track, unless a feature you chose requires syncing.
You can delete all of it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
4. Advertising
Where an app shows advertising, the advertising provider receives technical information needed to serve and measure ads. Typically this includes a device advertising identifier, device model and operating system version, app version, coarse region and language, and whether an ad was shown or interacted with. It does not include the content you enter into our apps, and it does not include your game progress.
The exact provider and the data it receives are named in each app's store listing and data safety declaration. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings, and a subscription removes advertising entirely.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by the app store, not by us. Google Play or the App Store handles your payment details; we never see or store a card number. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active so the app can unlock the paid tier.
6. Virtual currency
Virtual currency in our games has no monetary value, cannot be purchased or cashed out, and is part of your local game progress rather than a financial record. It is lost if the app is uninstalled.
7. Email
When you write to us we receive your address, your message and anything you attach, and use it only to reply. You are not added to a mailing list and your message is not passed to anyone else. Ask in a reply and the thread is deleted.
8. Children
Our games using casino-style mechanics are rated 18+ and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because our apps keep data on the device and create no account, the most direct deletion is one you can perform yourself at any time. For anything else, write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
10. Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change affects an app, it is mentioned in that app's release notes.
