The core statement. Our games are entertainment software that simulates casino-style play. They use virtual currency that is earned in the game, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and has no value outside the app. We do not offer gambling, betting or wagering of any kind, and no outcome in our games entitles anyone to a payout.

What this means

The rules we build to

A game that borrows the shape of a casino carries a responsibility the mechanics alone don't. We'd rather state the standard publicly and be held to it than leave it implied.

  • No real money enters or leavesNo deposits, no purchase of virtual currency, no cash-out, no prizes with monetary value.
  • 18+ on every titleAn age gate before first play and an age rating set accordingly, not aimed at a wider audience.
  • Labelled as a simulationA plain statement in the app and on the store listing that this is a simulated game.
  • Odds are visibleThe real probability of an outcome is shown in the game, next to the action it applies to.
  • No pressure loopsNo loss-chasing prompts, no countdown offers, no advert that tops you up when you run out.
  • Practice is not predictionWe state in-app that doing well in a simulated game does not indicate success at real gambling.
If it stops being fun

Games should stay games

Even with no money involved, time and habit matter. A few things we build in, and one thing we point to.

Your own numbers, visible

Time played, rounds and results stay available in the app, so a session never passes unnoticed.

Running out means waiting

When the virtual balance is gone, you wait for the free daily top-up. There is nothing to buy and no ad to watch.

Help, if it's needed

If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, our apps link to recognised support services rather than pretending the subject doesn't exist.

On compliance. Games of this kind sit next to a regulated category, and we treat the relevant store policies and local law as design constraints from the first sketch rather than something to retrofit before submission. Each title is reviewed against the policies of every market we publish it in.

Questions about a specific game?

Ask us how any of our titles handles virtual currency, odds or age gating. We'll answer plainly.
